Since the half sours were last month's pickle of the month

I decided to give the full sours a try this month.

full sours

One thing you may notice is the full sours do not have nearly as much disgusting sediment that forms in the jars.  I don't know why this is, but maybe they filter it out at some point.

Since the half sours were almost "acrid" I was expecting these to be REALLY sour.  Actually though, they were not.  I'd call them Full Flavored instead.  They have a really nice garlic pickle flavor through and through, and the sour is more of a compliment rather than a punch in the mouth.
The color is also more developed through and through.

These are my favorite of the two varieties.  They are not as crunchy, but they taste great.
Try some!
If you cannot find these in your local market, maybe you can find Ba Tampte pickles.  They are very similar and are sold side by side in many stores.
